Horatio Nelson in the War

The dark area of Horatio Nelson is nonetheless a effective component of the Nelson legend, as my conversation with the taxi learner shows, and it has claimed a healthy dose of diligent PR function in the run-up to the two centuries anniversary of the Fight of Trafalgar to start to displace it from the open public consciousness.
